What services does Iqra Embroidery Studio provide?
We provide end-to-end apparel sourcing and customization, including custom garment production, embroidery, DTF printing, sublimation, patches, embroidery digitizing, and vector conversion. We can also manage quality control, packaging, and international shipping.
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our minimum order quantity depends on the product, customization method, and supplier requirements. We support samples, small production runs, and bulk orders. Share your requirements with us, and we will recommend the most suitable option.
How long does production take?
Most embroidery digitizing orders are completed within 12–24 hours. Physical production usually takes 7–30 business days after artwork, specifications, payment arrangements, and any required samples are approved. The exact timeline will be confirmed in your quotation.
Can I approve a sample before bulk production?
Yes. Depending on the order, we can provide a digital proof, embroidery stitch-out, print sample, garment sample, or pre-production sample. Bulk production begins only after the required approval is received.
Do you ship internationally, and which payment methods do you accept?
Yes, we ship worldwide through established courier and logistics partners such as DHL, FedEx, and UPS, depending on the destination. International payments are normally accepted through Payoneer or bank transfer, as stated in your quotation or invoice. Customs duties and destination taxes are generally the customer’s responsibility unless agreed otherwise.
